Here are two articles that are a bit dated, but will explain some of the
basic differences. The exact methods have changed with Vista and IE7.

As I suggested in another of your posts, if you ever do use FTP uploading
that can corrupt the FSPE and you might want to uninstall them and reinstall
them.

Also, you might want to review a few of the other posts as HTTP and FTP
uploading is discussed almost every other day and there are lots of
references provided.
