Subject says it all, doesn't it?
I have a version of Office here, with the following files:
MSO.DLL: version 11.0.5606.0
OUTLLIB.DLL: version 11.0.5608.0
WINWORD.EXE: version 11.0.5604.0
Background:
I want to check the compatibility of our software with the new version of
Microsoft Office. This new version can be downloaded from MSDN, but our sys
admin stated he "already has a version". I'm pretty sure he laid his hands
on a version that did not ship - files are dated Aug 15, or earlier. Note we
have a Universal MSDN subscription, but the sys admin prefers not download
again.
Unfortunately, the Microsoft DLL Help database is not updated yet. Can
anybody, who is positive he downloaded the shipping version (available since
a week or so), confirm me the version numbers?
