What is the facility in msaccess

I have created a mailing label. I want to print 16 address in one page with
8 raws and 2 colums. In my mailing label once I go to report in design view
I can see only one label. But I can see 16 lables in print preview (8 raws
with 2 colums). Can I see the same way in print preview. In case I want to
change the number of raw and colum per page what is the facility I can use in
the msaccess report. Would appreciate your great favor.

Kutty,

In design view of the mailing labels report, go to the File|Page Setup
menu. On the Columns tab, you can adjust the number of columns, and
some other parameters there. You may also want to adjust the page
margin settings. As for the number of rows of labels, I think the best
way is to alter the height of the Detail section of the report until you
get the number of rows you want. It can sometimes be a fiddly job to
get mailing labels set up exactly right to match a pre-cut label sheet.
