What is the format for mobile numbers in Outlook 2007?

I have configured a mobile account in Outlook 2007. However, when I attempt
to configure notifications, I get the following error, "At least one mobile
number is not recognizable. Check the mobile numbers, and then try again."
My mobile number is already entered in the format 1234567890 and I have tried
other formats as well, (123) 4567890 or 123-456-7890. I know the SMS account
works as I can go into the account and successfully send a test message to my
phone. The mobile number in the SMS account mataches the mobile number I
attempted to configure in Notifications under the Mobile section in Options.
Hope someone has the solution.
