What is the little hammer/tool on the right side of rules & alerts

Just curious.
Can't seem to find anything on it or what it means.
The little hammer and tool on the right side of the the rules and alerts
winder under actions.
It is on some lines and not on others.
When someone sets me straight, I'll think, how could I miss that!
Thanks ....
Bob

That icon will appear when the rule has the "stop processing more rules"
action.

Could you maybe give me a little hint as to what the heck that means!
Or where I can go to find it.
How does it get turned on or off?
Sorry. I don't get a hit on search
Thanks ...

Every rule has three parts: the condition, the action, and the exception,
with each part being optional under some conditions. Click Tools>Rules and
Alerts. You'll see your list of rules. Select a rule with the icon and
examine the "Rule description" pane in the lower half of the dialogue.
You'll see the conditions, actions, and exceptions there.

You turn it on or off, depending on whether you need it or not. Adding
"stop processing" turns the icon on. There may be other actions that cause
that icon to display as well. I haven't gone through every action to find
out.

OK, I saw that tick box, but it was not ticked.
I hadn't read every condition.
So it must be something else.
I have compared one that has the hammer to one that doesn't.
Both have 6 lines in the step 2 portion.
Both are the same conditions (different categories, folders, names, etc).
However, the order of conditions in step 2 are different, don't know why.
Maybe because of order of selection.
They seem to be working, so I'll just leave it.
Maybe it will come to me in a dream!
If you find the solution, let me know.
Thanks for your time in checking this out ...

I think I just found out what it is.
It is the assign to category that seems to do it.
Still not sure what the hammer and the three dots means, but no matter, it
works.
Thanks again ...

Like I said, there may be several actions that add the icon to the rule.
It's just an indication that the rule will perform some action. Tools do
work. That's why the rule has the icon: it will perform some work.
