what is the max rows if I import data into access?

As far as I know there isn't a fixed limit on the number of rows, but I've
never imported more than about a million at a time.

I can state that I once had a problem with trying to import a text file that
contained over 25 million records.... ended up breaking the text file into
separate files that were smaller, and importing each file by appending them
to the same table. Worked like a charm.

The limit is not by number of rows, but by the size limit of your version of
Access.
