what is the max size of word file, that microsoft word can load

i created a .doc file using wordpad which is
102266880 bytes in file size.

how can i load it in word 2000

The maximum size for a Word file (text only) is 32 MB. This doesn't include
embedded graphics.

Open it in WordPad, click on Save As, and save as a word
doc.
