I've searched forums for the last 45 minutes and have seen the question
posted many times, but never the answer. What is the scrolling orange bar
above the To Do list in 2007?

Hi, thank you for replying. Now I've go an even dumber question. I don't
have anywhere public to post the screenshot that can be linked. Or am I
missing a feature of this forum where I can do that.

It looks pretty. I am not sure, but I think it's one of the indications
