My guess is that the pin will pin the location of that window when it
next opens rather than making Windows guess a best location, very
similar to pinning an index card on your refridgerator's corkboard.
Just like in any window that has a similar "pin"...if you click on it, it
"attaches/pins" the window to the desktop so it doesn't close automatically
when completed.
