What is the problem when I get 553 relaying when I send attachment

I use Microsoft Outlook 2003 (I think) and when I send out e-mails with
attachments I get a message back that it could not be sent due 550 and 553
relaying. I just want to send pictures to my family and friends. I tried to
scan a letter and attach it but the same thing happened. I anyone has any
information It would very much appreciated.

Make sure you're properly authenticating to your outgoing server.
