What is the program in Startup Folder

I had uninstalled Office Ultimate 2007 with OneNote and then re-installed
it, but the program in the Startup folder which sets up the Win-N and Win-S
keys is not there.
Could someone please check and tell me which program this is? TIA

Isn't that onenotem.exe?

My shortcut is:

"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12\ONENOTEM.EXE" /tsr
