What is the quickest way to get data from Access into Word?

I need to get data from an access query into a word document, how is the best
way to do it? Right now, I go access query exported into excel workbook
pulled into word by linked fields, but this takes an extremely long time,
15-90 minutes or more depending on how much data. Is there a quicker way to
do this or maybe a field switch to populate immediately? HELP?

If it were me, I'd do an autoreport based on the query. You can send the
report directly to Word. Gives you the data separated by tabs in a rich
text format. From there, it's up to you.

I suppose you could also copy all of the data from your query and paste it
into Word as a table then convert the table to text. It's probably as easy
to do it that way. Ultimately, I suppose it depends a lot on how you're
using the data in Word.

Rosie,
Thanks, but I'm inserting pieces of data throughout the word document that
I'm using. Kind of a 15 page document with 100-200 or more linked fields
throughout that currently pull data from excel workbook that receives its
data from the access querries. I think your way would work if I needed to
populate a table or make a list.
Any other ideas?
