what is the red Exclamation mark in mail header

I received an e-mail that had a red exclamation mark in front of the in box
subject. It is c vishing e-mail I am sure. Could the red exclamation indicate
fraudulent or unsafe mail. Thank you

Thank you very much for the help. I looked in outlook for the icon but did not know where to find what I needed. I bookmarked the link you sent me for future questions I may have. I have not been using Outlook very long and have a lot to learn.
