What is the shapesheet variable for Number of Pages?

Or how do I create a custom formula field for (Number of Foreground Pages - 2)?

Right - I know how to use the preset field for just Number of Pages, what I'm
trying to do is set a field at Number of Pages MINUS some number. Or plus,
for that matter. So for this, I think I'll need to set up a custom formula,
but I don't know how to put in the variable for the Number of Pages.

Use the Insert Field, but create a Custom Formula. The formula should be

=PAGECOUNT()-2

the variables that can be used in creating custom forumlas?

I have yet to find an easy reference, but you could create a simple text
field and do an Insert Field. Then open it's Shapesheet.

Scroll to the Text Fields section. Whatever you insert in the text field
will show up in the Text Field section. If you have the Visio drawing and
the shapesheet sharing the screen, you can insert new fields in the Visio
drawing and watch the changes to the Text Fields section.
