what is the shortcut key for centering?

I am not a typist but have been given a huge typing assignment that may
require I do this on a regular basis. I need to know if there is a shortcut
key for centering text. It is not time efficient for me to have to stop
typing and use my mouse everytime I need to center. I have tried looking
through "help" and have been unsuccessful in my search. Can someone please
help me with this? If there is not a shortcut key is there a way to create
one/

CTRL + E = Center a paragraph.
For your future reference:
In "Help" type "keyboard shortcuts"
You will be presented with a host of keyboard shortcuts.
