What is this error message:

The procedure entry point freeaddrinfro could not be located in the dynamic
link library W52_32.dll. 'Freeaddrinfro' in sometimes replaced with
'WSAProviderConfigChange', and my computer is running extremely slowly. Is
this connected and how can I fix it?

This doesn't sound like an Office problem.
Please check the error message. If you really mean Ws2_32.dll and/or
you have Win95, then please repost with exact details of try a group
for your operating system.
