What is this Office11ShipAssert error?

I am running Office Ultimate 2007 with SP1 and since 24th Jul 2008
frequently I get the following error in the "Problem Reports and Solutions"
tool in windows Vista Ultimate SP1:-

The Event Viewer explains:-

"The description for Event ID5000 from Microsoft Office 12 cannot be found.
Either the component that raises this event is not installed in your local
computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the
component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to
be saved with the event.

I have repaired the Office installation but the problem persists.

Can anyone please tell me what this means - especially when I have Office 12
and not Office 11?
