What is Unexpected error (32790)?

I first get a message that says: "An error occurred while loading 'VBA
Functions and Subs'. Do you want to continue loading the project?" Whether
I select yes or no Excel starts and seems to work. But, if I say yes, then I
get an error box that says "Unexpected error (32790)". How do I correct this
so it will stop giving me the error message. I am afraid it will stop me
from being able to work with macros.
