What means icon of disconneted drive in right bottom corner?

Outlook 2002 on Win 2000, have a icon in right bottom corner of disconnected
drive… Can not receive/send emails from particular machine, however when
using collegues machine with my account details everything is OK. Please
advice how to resolve a problem. Thank you.
