What Multiple functions do I need?

I have a created a table with a range of scenarios, in columns an
rows. EG is below. On the front sheet of the work book, are a rang
of variables, that the user inputs. This will then calculate
recommendation for each of the column headers. In some cases, ther
may be more than one recommendation. I am a novice when it comes t
multi formulas! Please could someone recommend the best way to do this
Preferably with layman terms :

There are approx. 80 scenarios - table is below

SN is the scenario number so each line represents one scenario (ie 5
PK plus 1 x CI, plus 0 RO and 0 SC, Total stations in use = 8

SN IC PK CI RI SC TOT DR
1 1 5 2 0 0 8 6
2 1 5 0 2 0 8 6
3 1 5 1 1 0 8 6
4 1 5 2 0 0 8 6
5 1 5 1 0 1 8 6
6 1 5 0 1 0 7 6
7 1 5 0 0 0 6 5
8 1 4 0 3 0 8 5

But you don't tell us anything about the basis on which this
"recommendation" is to be calculated.

Basically, on the front screen, we will enter the number of station
for each of the header rows (may be a zero value) on the front screen.
ie the number of stations we will run for each of these functions. (th
number of stations is the data in the table). The reply would be eac
scenario containing this combination of stations (from the scenari
table I listed). There may be more that one scenario, but it will sho
the combination of all 4 tasks, even if the value is zero. I will the
use conditional formatting so that if the total number of drives (th
end column) to go red, green or amber. This would then give us th
optimum combination of stations to use (ie green), for the tasks,
against the number of drives used. (and enable us to set our dail
targets
