You appear to be using Outlook Express for your newsreader. If so, click on
the Newsgroups icon in the icon bar. Enter - microsoft.public.office in the
search box to get a list of Office related newsgroups.

You may specifically be interested in - microsoft.public.office.misc - which
covers all versions of Office for Windows
and -microsoft.public.officeupdate - which covers updates for all version of
Office for Windows.
