What office product do I use to send e-mail to many clients

I want to send an e-mail message to 600 individuals. Their e-mail data are in
an Access table.

I have Vista Home Premium, XP Home, Office2003 and Office2007. My default
mail program is VistaMail and OutlookExpress(XP).

The message is about 60 words.

What is the best way to do this assumming I repeat this every 60 days.
