WHAT PAPERWORK DO I NEED TO SENT TO THE COURT FOR THE PURPOSE OF

I SENT A LETTER TO THE JUDGE STATING THAT I DISAGREED WITH HIS DECISION AND
THAT I WOULD LIKE HIM TO RECONSIDER HIS JUDGEMENT. I RECIEVED A PAPER FROM
THEM THE NEXT DAY STATING THAT THE JUDGE COULD NOT READ MY PAPER FOR
CONFLICT OF INTEREST. I CALLED AND ASKED THEM WHO I WOULD FILE THE DISAGREE
OR REQUEST WITH? THEY STATED I JUST NEEDED TO FILE THE PROPER
PAPERWORK.PLEASE HELP

Consult a lawyer in your jurisdiction. I don't think you can expect
sensible help in such a matter in any microsoft forum. [Microsoft is
said to have a couple of law specialists on their payroll, but I doubt
these folks read a lot of newsgroups ... ;-)]

You need to call the courthouse again and ask them SPECIFICALLY which
paperwork you need to file. If you don't understand them, tell them so. If
you still don't understand, you need to talk to an attorney.
