You are not going to reduce the file size with paste special. What would
reduce the document size is to insert only links to the images, but that
would not make your document easily portable. Ifd you are creating screen
shots you can get smaller graphics by using SnagIt and saving as GIF format.
SnagIt is invaluable when working on documents that will contain screen
shots as it provides editing and annotation functions as well as the ability
to save in just about any graphics format.
