I need to compile a customer database and have email reminders sent out
automatically to groups and sub-groups at predetermined dates, ie; every 3
months, every year,... Does MS have this capability in one of its programs?

I would send reminders that the customer needs to gather info for an
upcoming order. I would also include any sales I had running. Thank you.

I would send reminders that say, for instance, " Your retirement function is
coming up in four weeks. Please place your order with us at least two weeks
prior to the party."
