What program do I use to open an ods document?

I really don't know what kind of program to use to open and ods document.

I think that's an open office file. You can download open office for free:

ods files can be opened by Microsoft Excel 2007 SP2. The service pack 2 is
important as it is the one that brought this new functionality to Excel
2007.
