Would I be right in saying that Visio Enterprise allowed you to do a logical
diagram of your network? If so is this available in vs.net enterprise
architect edition?

you can do logical network views with visio pro. visio enterprise gets you
the database and software modeling tools in addition to what is in pro. If
by network diagrams you are thinking of the autodiscovery tools that were in
previous versions, microsoft has dropped support of them....
