What setting is off if I'm not receiving all e-mails ?

I use outlook to receive e-mail from a web mail service. ( ie; not my ISP,
but webmail for a domain name that I do business under.) I have the full
Office version of Outlook on one computer, Outlook Express on another
computer. Certain e-mails are not being received by the Office Outlook
computer that are being received by the OE computer.

What settings should I check to try to correct this ?
