What should I use to generate EDI Transaction Set 839?

Deltek Excel Connect and Safran for Microsoft Project are two tools that
purport to generate from MS Project an ANSI X.12 Committee EDI Transaction
Set 839 for transmitting project data.

Is one better than the other?

What other tool would you recommend?

I can only speak for Excel Connect which worked fine for us.
