What SQL is being used by Project Server 2007?

We installed PS2007 on a machine that already has SQL Server 2005 Std. The
installation completed successfully but didn't ask what database to be used.
How can I tell if it is using SQL Express, or the already installed SQL Std?

connect to both SQL Standard and SQL Express through SQL Management Studio
and look for the Project Server databases.

Alternatively, check out the properties of the PWA site in the SSP Admin
pages.

If you didn't specify a SQL server, you've completed a stand-alone install
which uses SQL Express.

If my memory is correct to install using a existing SQL server you have to
use the Farm install. Even though you are installing it on a single machine.
The Single Server install will always install SQL server express.

Is it possible to migrate the PWA site from SQL Express to SQL Std without
reinstalling PS2007?

Hi Hcream

We have the same issue in France with a site in Production : did you succeed
to migrate your EPM solution from SQL Express to SQL Std : did you find some
doc ?
