these are all stored in the tables called
MSP_CUBE_ENTERPRISE_ASSIGNMENT_OUTLINE_XX (for tasks),
MSP_CUBE_ENTERPRISE_PROJECT_OUTLINE_XX (for projects) and
MSP_CUBE_ENTERPRISE_RESOURCE_OUTLINE_XX (for resources) where XX is the
number.
