A Healthy Connection

I need a formula or pre-set excel template that will allow me enter data
which will help me to determine food costs and yield calculations. I am in
search of costing templates using a spreadsheet tool to calculate and
maintain the current costs of menus and recipes to calculate costing using
the costing method. Does anyone know what I can use opposed to paying for
additional software? Or software that is inexpensive?
