There are differences (many are pointed out in an article by Chris Bell, but
I don't find it at the moment), but one of the possible use is to have
"like" two recordsets, to the same dataset, but which can have different
active record. Both also share the same collection of 'bookmarks', so you
can assign the bookmark of one with the value of a bookmark of the other in
order to then have both "recordsets" pointing to the same record.
