WHAT TO DO WHEN SCREEN SAYS INVALID PRODUCT KEY?

I have found the product key on the back of my PC and enter it in the place
that it asks. The screen stills states that I have not entereda valid product
key. I don't know what to do. On the certificate of authenticity it does say
Microsoft 2004. Does that make a difference since the program says microsoft
office 2003 setup? Please help!!!

The product ID on your PC is only valid for the operating system that came
pre-installed. Office products have their own product IDs, found on the CD
the product came on or somewhere inside the packaging or certificate of
authenticity.

What if you can't find the case that he CD came in and Product Key is lost?

Then you need to contact Microsoft Support. There should be contact
