What to do with old licenses after upgrade?

Recently I upgraded about 25 users to Office Professional 2003 from both Office 2000 Professional and Office XP Professional. The original Office 2K and XP were purchased OEM with Dell PC’s. Can I legally sell / donate / give away the licenses for Office 2K and XP? Any documentation to backup your recommendation? Thanks in advance.

The OEM licenses are tied to the PCs they came with - you may not
donote/sell or dispose of in any way other then as a transfer of ownership
of the PC, with that PC.

Contact Dell if you require any further confirmation on this matter.

The qualifying product (Office 2000 or Office XP) that you used with your
Office 2003 Upgrade version is now considered a part of the Upgrade product,
so you may not sell, donate or give away the 2000 or XP licenses. This is
spelled out in the End User License Agreement (found in the Help file for
any of the Office component products).
