There's nothing in Word that would do that change, but there is more than one malware (virus, hack, etc) that could do it. You may
want to try the Microsoft One Care beta or another virus scanner (current within the last 7 days) to check your computer.

A virus changed my .doc files into .exe or something like that so i can't
open them. What's the name of the virus or what's the solution for this
problem. (opr what's the problem)
