What's going on with Groove Support?

The help documentation is innacurate, there are a ton of different versions
and names for the product (that don't "update" themselves as the support page
says), nobody gets back to your emails, and nobody seems to be keeping an eye
on the newsgroups either. I can't even get in touch with anyone to purchase a
Groove support contract.

What is going on??

I've seen a couple of Microsofties posting here recently. More wouldn't
hurt, though :)

Most of the online support has mostly been from Groove gurus (like Ashok &
Mark)
:)

Online support even during the pre-Microsoft days were done about the same
way (I was in the top 5 with ~1200 postings).

I hope more Groove gurus provide support and at the same time, Microsoft
acknowledges that with MVP awards and goodies and doesn't get cheap on it.
