The help documentation is innacurate, there are a ton of different versions
and names for the product (that don't "update" themselves as the support page
says), nobody gets back to your emails, and nobody seems to be keeping an eye
on the newsgroups either. I can't even get in touch with anyone to purchase a
Groove support contract.
