What's meaning of Sensitivity private?

What's meaning of Message options "Sensitivity" is private?
Is it When i send message to A with "Sensityvity" is private, it only open a
mail by primary outlook profile? i.e. if i use open another mailboxes to open
A mailbox, it cannot show it.

From Outlook Help screen:-

Marking a message Private prevents the message from being modified after you
send it.
