What's media content?

Just installed OfficeXP-Standard. The second CD is Media Content, also
installed it. Does "media content" mean this is all clip art (or mostly
clip art)? Also, didn't see a new entry in start > programs (like "media
content"), is that because it only shows up in Word and PowerPoint under
"Insert > picture > clip art?

If missing anything else here (like additional media content and/or how to
access it), would appreciate knowing about.
