What's Outlook Express?

1. Is Outlook Express a different software a different software?
2. Is it installed by default with the MS-OFFICE package?
3. Can I simulatneously maintain two different accounts, i.e. exchange
server account on Official Outlook & personal hotmail account on Outlook
express?

3. yes but you can also use Outlook for all of it.
