what's Sync Issues

Hi, All
My owa(outlook2003 web access) has a folder which is called "Sync Issues".
and I don't know what its function is.

in addition, that folder has some subfolder, including Confilcts, Local
Failures, Server Failures.

what exactly is the purpose of these folders
