What's the meaning of [TWN] and [ENG] in Excel number format?

Hi all,

I find that in Excel number format, sometimes I can see
things like "[TWN][DBNum1]..." or "[ENG][$-40C]...". So,
what do they [TWN] and [ENG] mean actually? Countries or
regions? Where can I find a description or full list for
it?

Are you using a Chinese language version of Excel?
I have never seen the formats you mention - in US or UK versions.
