What's the purpose of Office Picture Manager 2003 vs. Microsoft Clip Organizer?

What's the purpose of Office Picture Manager 2003 v.11 (which came
pre-packaged w/ Office Small Business 2003, I believe) versus Microsoft Clip
Organizer (which came pre-packaged w/ WinXP, I believe) ? Other than, of
course, some sort of organization of some computer files. But organize how?
and why? One versus the other, a comparison if you will. BTW, I've had
both for quite some time and recently discovered them but dunno anything
about either. I've devised my own (somewhat ineffective) system of
organizing my graphics but have hardly any present requirements to organize
my sound or video files. However, that should not be a burden to learning
about these two pre-packaged programs that I have but don't use presently.

The two programs are totally different.

This is the clipart web site, all of the clipart available will go into your
Organizer. In Office programs, insert, clipart.

The Picture Manager is just that. A manager. You can do primitive editing and
organize the pictures on your computer.
