Wheel Mouse Optical scrolling in Office VBA windows

Hi Folks
Perhaps not your usual office question, but why won't a Wheel Mouse Optical
1.1A allow me to scroll (vertically) the code window in Word or Excel VBA,
yet I can scroll on the help file and the actual application?

Hi Paddy,

As I understand it the VBE (VB Editor) that is used in Office isn't from the Office team and the team that does provide it hasn't
that functionallity, but there are ways to get there http://support.microsoft.com/?id=837910

You may also want to check with the folks in the Office Developer's newsgroup (link below) on other solutions.
