Wheel mouse optical won't scroll in address book

I have Office XP Professional installed in a WinXP Pro environment. My wheel
mouse won't scroll in the address book/contact list.
It will scroll OK in the folders and messages within the folders.

I also have Office 2007 Pro installed on another hard drive running Vista
Ultimate and don't have the problem. Same machine and hardware.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
