When any Connector is dropped on Shape, it doesnt give Connection_added event

i have implemented Connection_added and Connection_deleted events
through addAdvise and its working fine untill i know that when i pick
connector shape from stencil and drop it on any 2D-shape like its
connected to it, doesnt raise any event.

how can i get that event??

Code librarian in Visio2003 SDK, there are good examples
about connection_added or so.
