When are 2009 calendar templates usually available?

How do I change the date range in excel to create a 2009 multiple page
calendar (similiar to the template for 2008)?

With Excel you'll have to make your changes manually. It's not that
difficult - at least you don't have to fuss with formulas. ;-)
