When attaching a doc. the margins change when opened

John

When attaching a document in word, the person who opens
it finds that the margins change for them. They claim
they are using the same ver. of word, 2000.

But they are not using the same print driver and possibly not the same
operating system and font files, so this behaviour is normal. The only way
to ensure that your documents are viewed as intended is to send them as pdf
files, for which you'll need extra software. There are some suggestions on
the favourites page of my web site.

Hi John,

What do you mean by "attaching a document"? What commands
are used to do this?
