Processor: Intel

While doing school work (a test) I attempted to save my work and got a message that the disk I was saving to did not have enough space. This had happened once before and I changed the format from docx to doc. That seemed to work for that document. This time a even tried saving it to a flash stick and still got the message. I did change my settings and saved this one as a docx and it went to the flash stick OK (it still would not save on my computer). I have a new MacBook with 4g of RAM and well over 130g of space available. Note: My school work has to be in doc format.

Try quitting all programs then use Disk Utility - Repair Disk Permissions &
restart your Mac.

BTW - It's fine to save a copy of a file to a flash drive, but don't use one
for actively working in a file.
