When clicking Add-in Analaysis Toolpack getting debug error in exc

Hi,

I trying to enable Add-in Analaysis Tool Pack, excel crashes giving error ,

Debug Error!

Program : c:\program files\microsoft office \office11\excel.exe
abnormal program termination

I have reinstalled ms office 2003, still getting same error.

Any idea.
